When setting up the “Kommunikationswelt Dialog” marketing portal, we developed a process enabling the Deutsche Sparkassenverlag to get involved in our agile Scrum process despite their traditional corporate structures. First, conventional specifications have been broken down into a great number of small working packages that have been re-prioritised again and again in the course of the project. Close coordination during the project term allowed the integration of changes into the ongoing project and the common definition of how to proceed.
This way, the “Kommunikationswelt Dialog” marketing portal could be launched on schedule while keeping the budget in line despite new requirements that have been added over time. How we did that? That is what we talked about in our joint presentation with the DSV at the Marketing Management Kongress Berlin 2016.
